- 2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 c. + 2 T. water, divided
- 1 T. cornstarch
- In a medium saucepan, bring blueberries, sugar and 1 c. water to a boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- While that is simmering, combine 2 T. water and the cornstarch in a small bowl. After the blueberries are done simmering, add the water and cornstarch mixture and stir well while it thickens.
- Great served warm or cool.
