Egg Free Key Lime Pie

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 grated lime rind
- 1 (9") graham cracker crust
- Blend milk, cream cheese, lime juice, and rind in blender, add vanilla, blend again.
- Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for four hours.
- Great served with whipped topping.
