Recipe type: Main Dishes
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ bunch green onions, chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
- boneless chicken thighs
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a saucepan and heat until near boiling, to dissolve the sugar. Marinate the chicken for 24 hours or more.
- Grill or broil the chicken until done. Don't reuse the marinade.
