Lemon Pudding Cake Loaf

- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- ¾ c. oil
- ¾ c. water
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. water
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and ¾ c. water together well.
- Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
- While it's still hot, poke holes all over with a knife or fork. Make a glaze by combining powdered sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tsp. water. Pour glaze over the top.
