Whole Wheat Pancakes (in blender)
Recipe type: Breakfast
- 1 c. whole wheat
- 1½ c. milk, divided
- 2 eggs
- ½ c. oil
- 1 T. honey
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 T baking powder
- In a blender, mix the whole wheat and 1 c. milk. Blend on Level 4 for 50 seconds.
- Add the remaining ½ c. milk and mix on Level 4 for 50 seconds.
- Add eggs, oil, honey, and salt and blend until well mixed.
- Add the baking powder and blend only until folded in.
- Bake on hot griddle.
